I recently signed this petition demanding that animal torturer Alexey Vedula get the strictest punishment possible.

Alexey Vedula is a 19-year-old Ukranian student who has published videos of himself killing puppies in different ways, from throwing them on railroad tracks to pulling out their eyes. 

There are lax animal welfare laws in Ukraine, and this student remains free, with minimal threats of punishment.  

Call for Alexey Vedula to be prosecuted!
